  • comply with copyright, platform rules, and applicable law,
  • avoid unlawful, abusive, or deceptive use of generated content.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • activity under your account,
  • securing your sign-in methods,
  • protecting any third-party API credentials you connect.

Availability and limits

Service availability may be affected by infrastructure, provider quotas, and maintenance. We may apply usage limits for stability, security, and abuse prevention.

AI outputs

Generated outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for some uses. You are responsible for review and final publication decisions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or security risk.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocanom is provided “as is” without warranties, and liability is limited for indirect or consequential damages.
